That feeling will drive Driftwood Barbecue Co. Yes, there will be briskets, ribs, pork, and chicken but there will also be slow simmered collards, beans cooked with just enough sweetness, and cornbread served warm. To us, the sides are not an afterthought - they are the harvest, the roots of Southern generosity, and the proof that barbecue is as much about community, as it is about the pit.
This is the food that helped shape us, and it’s the food that we’re proud to share. Hospitality carried in smoke, memory, and plenty of plates to pass around.
We will use the highest quality beef, pork, and chicken available, raised ethically and humanely. Produce will come from our farm partners, and bread from our local bakery. We will be a scratch-made kitchen with hospitality at our core.
